Saw many people online recommending The Shark and it did not disappointment!! New menu EVERY DAY. Fresh ingredients that do not need to be drenched in too much seasoning and sauces to taste good. Staff was friendly and service was very fast. We came for an early dinner in the off season so it was nice and quiet with no wait. But I can easily see why a reservation would be needed during busier times. Fried oysters were crispy and the pickled onion on top was tasty (and colorful!) addition. Rockfish was a very generous portion with lovely fresh veggies. Everything cooked perfectly. The crab cake sandwich was a great classic and even the fries were pretty perfect. We will absolutely be adding this to our regular rotation of restaurants when we come to OC!

What a hidden gem in Ocean City! Our waitress was outstanding — so friendly, attentive, and gave us fantastic recommendations. My husband and I both ordered the swordfish entrée and absolutely loved it. Everything was fresh and beautifully cooked. We can’t wait to go back!
