Shop is cute but every time I go to the one in OC or Berlin the staff is not friendly at all. They barely say hello even if I’m the only one in the shop. I keep trying to give it another chance but hard to spend money in a place that makes me feel like they could care less. Reading other reviews this is definitely a pattern. And it’s not just the younger staff. This has happened with employees of all ages.

This place was horrible. I wish I could give it negative stars. The staff were rude and stuck up. Nobody greeted us or even spoke to us incase we needed any help. Staff was ignorant and I would never go back there again even if it was the last store on the planet. I would not spend a dime here. They only talk to you if you are purchasing something, have lots of stuff in your hands, or think that you have money to spend. One of my family members purchased a bag thinking it was $26, turns out it was $126. We then asked to return it immediately and the lady at the cash register gave us a dirty look and her whole demeanor changed. It is all a money scam and I would not spend a penny here.

Was planning on purchasing some bracelets. Walked in this morning. Two ladies behind the counter looked at me then nothing. I actually said hi to one when she looked up again and she completely ignored me. The other one was on her cell phone the entire time. I even walked up to the counter to look at the bracelets which I may have bought if not for the lack of customer service or truly the lack of any service so I walked out.
