I’ve stayed in crappy conditions but nothing compares to this hotel. I’d rather sleep in my car because of how filthy it was. The floors were black and the carpet was crunchy and sandy upon arrival. In the bathroom there was an ant infestation and mold everywhere. The rooms itself were pretty small and had good AC, but there was leftover trash and products from the previous people. The room itself is advertised way bigger online than how it was in person and did not accommodate our big group at all. Lastly the service is horrible. The landlord was so rude and accusing us of things the next door neighbors were doing. I understand she was stressed out already, but she continued being so rude after we talked to her calmly explaining the situation. I would not recommend staying here despite the prices and good reviews. Other neighbors were complaining about the EXACT same things, it’s clear this hotel lacks the proper necessities for any stay. I usually never review for places but yens need to watch out

Do not stay room are unsanitary and infested with bugs.
We booked 1 night as a quick stopover.
We stayed in room 001.
While the staff was great , the room was full of cock roaches. I’ve never stayed in a room so dirty.
We arrived at 7pm with our kids and live 4 hours away, we didn’t have the ability to leave it was too late, and there was nothing available so we stayed….
I told the staff and they brought roach spray.
I asked for consideration on the room price to be refunded in whole or reduced, they didn’t call back.
I have since emailed 3 times, no reply.
We stayed from 8pm and left at 6am as soon as we woke up.
This was the most unsanitary hotel we ever stayed in, we almost slept in the car.
Location is loud, right on the Main Street as well, but that didn’t bother us.
Do not stay here with your family.

Had a decent time here. The rooms are honestly old, smaller than advertised but my rooms were clean. No bedbugs.. roaches or anything of tht nature.. small pots and pans with kitchenware and a microwave, fridge and oven/stovewere available. TV works AC works both fine.. shower small but works well and feels good. Nice service.. the young boy at the front did the most he can to make us feel welcome and did great. Plus ur right by the boardwalk. I know there are a lot of bad reviews on here but if ur just looking for somewhere cheap and comfortable to stay for a little bit.. this is a solid option.
