had a absolutely phenomenal experience in this location today, every associate is super kind, personable and well informed to help with any inquiry you might have. even though they were slightly busy with the 4th traffic, there was always someone to greet you when you walked in.
the associate who ended up helping me one-on-one was Aya and she went above and beyond when it came to helping me find exactly what i wanted. i was in the market for a neutral colored shoulder bag that was versatile, but still interesting. Aya went into the back to look for any possible options (i was between a tabby or a alter/ego crescent) and when i found the exact size profile i liked, she found me a shoulder length chain strap that matched the hardware color on the bag i chose perfectly. i couldn't be happier with my purchase (especially with the phenomenal deal i got on the tabby i decided on), and the care and attention Aya gave me was above and beyond. 100% would come back just to work with Aya again.

So I was on vacation in ocean city, went to this coach store as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly attitude from the sales associate. She immediately asked what I was looking for, and I said sales throughout my experience in the store I was overwhelmingly impressed with the eye contact staff gave to each other and myself with the knowledge and experience the staff had of the coach Brand and products she even suggested certain bags. It was a wonderful experience in this store. There is not enough stars to rate this store if you ever in Ocean City coach outlet is where you want to shop. They have a men’s side and a lady side, which was very impressive to me.
